Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid have been together since late 2023, and by mid-2026 they’ve been together for 3 years with no signs of slowing down. The wild part is not a long life. That two decades sit between them and you can’t really feel it.
Here’s why the gap is disappearing.
They started where most power couples start. They met at a child’s birthday party in the backyard in 2023, were seen in Via Carota that October, and lived for more than a year before going Instagram-official with a photo of a kiss on his 30th birthday in May 2025. No public presentation, no planned release, no flexibility. Just two people who clicked and took their time with it.
They take pictures like two people working in the same place. Bradley has the bone structure of a leading man, salt-and-pepper hair, and the kind of proper, well-rested presentation that most 50-something men would pay for. Gigi is an excellent host. When they are photographed together, they read as two very beautiful people in one frame, not as an old man with a young woman on his arm.
They are in the same stage of life, even if the birth certificates don’t match. They’re both single parents to daughters, they’re both raising children in public (with Irina Shayk and Zayn Malik), and they’re both raising girls about the same age. It is reported that Khai and Lea get along well and see each other regularly. That is a fact shared every day that goes beyond a number on paper.
Chemistry pictures are true. Holding hands on dates, the way they look at each other at the Met Gala photo shoot, the relaxed body language. It’s a romantic read, it doesn’t put itself down. At this year’s Met Gala, Gigi walked the carpet alone, Bradley sneaked in afterwards, they were caught kissing, and she called out to the public her “man”, praising him (following her daughter) for helping her stay focused.
Gigi is no small partner in this. She’s a Hadid with her own platform, her own modeling legacy, her own business interests, and the kind of social media era traditional actresses don’t always have. In old Hollywood metrics Bradley has the edge (Oscar nominations, directing, decades of fame). In 2026, Gigi’s cultural capital is against him, and in some fields he surpasses him. That changes the normal script of the adult state and removes much of the discomfort that people feel about large age gaps.
There is also no changing trophy to watch. Both are independently wealthy, popular, and stable. No one needs another job bump or an injection of youth. Insiders describe mutual respect and low-key, strong love, and Gigi called their life together “romantic and very happy.”
Bradley’s presentation closes any remaining gap. He’s famous for changing his body, he’s always in shape, and he carries himself with the energy of someone who still plays a lot. When rumors of plastic surgery took off in late 2025 and early 2026, he spoke to them on SmartLess in January 2026. Did Arnett shut down the group: “Everybody thinks Bradley had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that. I’m like, ‘That’s what people don’t know he doesn’t have. Of course he hasn’t!” Bradley said strangers started coming up to him and telling him he looked good, and he seemed happy about the whole thing. The answer may be the usual Hollywood combination of fitness, grooming, skin care, possibly subtle non-surgical care, good lighting, and genetics. He looks like a well-kept 51-year-old, not a fresh-faced man.
All together and 20 years unregistered. Two attractive, successful people meet through a mutual friend’s child, take it easy, reunite their families, and end up in a relationship that looks like a partnership of equals. The age gap is real. It doesn’t do any of the work that people usually expect.
