VIRGO
Virgo is always looking for external validation in their efforts, but they only get them so far. Even when they have impressed anyone and everyone who matters, they still feel empty, like something big is missing, and the truth is their own satisfaction. What they really need in life is a calling they enjoy. Something simple enough that they can be proud of it, and go to bed knowing they gave it their all. For a Virgo who cooks, she probably peels and sells vegetables as well as she saw in a cookbook. For a travel-loving Virgo, it might be researching the best coffee shops in a new city. Whatever it is, it’s about doing something for fun, where personal taste and happiness are the only real measures of success.
AQUARIUS
Aquarius is upset about what they thought was their favorite thing in life. The teacher who hates school board politics, the hairdresser who can’t stand the salon gossip, or the business worker who can’t keep up with all the memos, plans, or documents shared across the organization. Aquarius is a dedicated sign by nature, the thought of giving up something that they have devoted time and energy to sounds impossible, but they fail to realize that by dwelling on something their heart is not in, they are taking a place that could be held by true love. They must be brave enough to find a place for that unknown calling in life that will bring them deep, true happiness. Once they take that first step, the answers they seek will follow.
SAGITTARIUS
Sagittarius focuses on loving other people. Professional athletes, writers who write a book non-stop from the first page to last through any sleep, bakers who make hundreds of batches of baguettes until they perfect the recipe and the method. But Sagittarius does not feel strong about any one thing in their life. They are round creatures. They like to read, exercise, have fun, and spend time alone. They feel like they give up on everything too easily, without giving themselves enough credit for trying a little bit of everything. The motivation they seek is a calling that uses their diverse experiences. Maybe they are meant to be librarians, pointing everyone to their teacup. Maybe a guidance counselor or coach. The point is that their extensive knowledge is an asset, not a liability.
CAPRICORN
Capricorn seeks community as their love. As an only child or individual contributor in his work, they have always wished to have the experience of working as a team or cooperation. To find a group of people who share a goal or motivation, and work together to achieve it. Capricorn needs to play a game, or play a game, or join a team. Something where they can watch their efforts combine with others to become something much larger in the overall integration. Capricorn just longs to bond with others over shared experiences. Making friends that feel like family because they decided to be ‘in it’ together. The loneliness they have today drives them where they are meant to be.
