Some people can be completely lost because of the slightest disturbance; some, as Rudyard Kipling once famously said, manage to keep their heads while those around them lose theirs. They show grace under fire. Or, as another popular saying goes, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”

January
The worker ant of the year, January is too focused and focused on goals to be sidelined, derailed, or distracted by obstacles or distractions.
