When Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married at Madison Square Garden on July 3, they both wrote their vows and read them aloud from small books. Adam Sandler is in charge. Paul McCartney played to about 1,000 guests.
Guests who later spoke to CBS Mornings and Good Morning America shared one part of Swift’s vows in particular. He told the room that Kelce, a star athlete in high school, used to sit with the unpopular and bullied kids at lunch. He then said that he wished to know someone like him at that time.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden, in front of about 1,000 guests. Adam Sandler is in charge. Paul McCartney did. Swift wore Christian Dior, her brother Austin stood as best man, and Kelce’s brother Jason was best man.

Both wrote their vows and read them from small books, and guests said each set ran for about 20 minutes. Swift is said to have sung her parts. Kelce was emotional. The couple had handed out handkerchiefs to the crowd earlier.
Guests shared part of Swift’s vows with CBS Mornings and Good Morning America, as well as People. He talked about the type of person Kelce was long before any fame. As a standout high school athlete, he made it a point to sit with the unpopular and bullied kids during the day. He told the room that he wished he had known someone like him back then.
